Week 65

HEJJJJJJ!! 

WOOT WOOT A GOOD WEEK! 

(An ode to Syster Daines: luv u) 

There is opposition in all things let me tell ya. We experienced some good and some bads this week. 

One day out on the streets we were on FIRE. Met a guy who not only wanted a copy of the Book of Mormon for him but for his 18 ukrainian friends and his 4 turkish friends. We felt pretty good about that. 

And then just like that the next day, same fire, and NO ONE wanted to talk with us. It was #sad but we thought a lot about this. We will never be able to choose if other people will listen, but we always get to show God that we're willing. That is a REAL gift. I'm thankful that I get to show him that I'm doing it for him, and nothing else. 

Because quite frankly, nothing else would have me in Sweden during the winter while my family is in Disney world haha. I do love the Lord (and Sweden in the winter;))

HIGHLIGHTS:

- WENT SLEDDING! so fun 

- make candied yams for the ward and shared some pumpkin pie. The kids reactions? "It tastes like vegetables. I don't like vegetables". 

- had a lesson with one of our friends we recently found while street contacting who was a member a long time ago. He took the book of mormon and said "if I wanted to go to church, how would I get there." #progress 

- make finger turkeys and remembered I can't draw lol. But Sys Daines still hung it up on our wall 

- we have 2 deer who come say hi to us often now!!

- met a girl dag named Freddy this morning. Incredible. 

- got invited to paradise by a jehovas witness 

- splits w Malmö and Stockholm South!! Went om a run w Malmö and my phone died and we had ran a different trail than normal, so our run ended up being 90 minutes hahaha and a lot of asking people for directions, super fun!!

- watched so many inactive members we've been working with church come on Sunday. Me and sister daines were i sjunde himlen!! 

Life is so good. Happy holidays
