Week 57!
Hej på er!!
There is SO much that happened this week, I literally cannot even process it all.
The amount of general conference miracles we had? Uncanny.
We told our friends to watch conference with a question in mind and
we promised then that it would be like god was speaking directly to them. And it happened. To every one of them!
The craziest one was this - our friend that we've been teaching for 3 months fasted and came with the question about if he should get baptized or not, and he felt a directed answer that he needed to show God he was willing, and that God was leaving him.
So with that, he set a date for this Sunday! So proud of him. I too know that God is leading him.
Other highlights:
- printed off 30 sheet of the same bingo card (think about that)
- cut my hair at 10:45 pm
- somehow have about 20 Apples (doesn't even compared to my families 270 Bananas)
- planned and executed the SICKEST star wars party, including blue milk
- picked mushrooms in the forest - will we live or not?
- ate SO much candy and watched conference
- bought more plants >>>
- taught our sweet grandpa friend and he thought that the object lesson pieces I was pulling out of my backpack were cookies... felt bad to dissapoint.
Okay here's one more thing:
We needed a member to come join us for a lesson but we couldn't find one. I was feeling a little exasperated and as we left the house I asked Heavenly Father to help us think of a member or to just send one to us. My companion laughed haha.
And then later that day this member I knew in Gubbängen messaged me saying she was moving to our area, that day. She is the same age as our friend, same interests, and speaks perfect Spanish (like our friend). Needless to say I know God is helping, I just need to trust his plan.
Let me say, I believe that this church is the restored church of Jesus Christ, back on the earth with the primary purpose to help us find God and Jesus Christ. I don't know everything, but I know the way the holy ghost speaks to me, and I felt it watching the apostles speak, I read it in the Book of Mormon, and I recognize it in the lives of others everyday.
Thanks for the love and support
