Week 54

Hej på er! 

This week felt like 3 seconds... a lot happened this week haha. 

We had zone conferences in Göteborg, Malmö, and Norrland! 

Well... it would've been in Norrland but we and the elders totally missed the plane. We all learned on Tuesday that our parents took us to the airport 5 hours early for a reason. The joys of adulthood.

But- the grace of Jesus Christ allowed us to make the situation work, and even be beneficial. Someone we've been trying to get in contact with messaged us as this was going down and asked us to come over and teach the whole family, huge tender mercy

On our way home from the South of Sweden we talked with 5 PEOPLE who knew members of our church or who were interested in the Gospel or who have been waiting for a sign to start being closer to God. One of the sweet ladies we talked to said "this maybe wasn't a coincidence that we sat next to each other." 

I know that the Lord leads us to people, but he also leads other people to us.

POV: the high council man asks what he should speak on and you say baptism and after his talk 2 of your friends come up and say "let's talk about baptism"

Other highlights:

- my companion doesn't know how to make oatmeal 

- "brother joseph" hats 

- 1 year on the mish 

- 7 hour road trip to Göteborg with a few riddles... (ps. Does anyone know the answer to the 2 doors only one is right you get one question riddle?) 

- chilli after church  (second time too?) 

- the elders have 2 prized possesions: a lifesize cutout of Jesus and a stolen construction sign 

- election time!! So many people asked us to vote for them. Tråkigt.
