Week 24 :)

hEJ!

You know it's been a good week when you want to start writing your weekly Saturday morning, buckle up.

Here's a little sneak peak of this week:

- Taught a lesson in Spanish??

- Learned self-defense

- Ate a frozen vegan pizza

- Made dinner at 9:30 bc it was that type of day

- Learned how to defrost a freezer

- met the cutest polish grandma who wanted a Book of Mormon and talked to us in polish for 5 minutes before realizing we had no idea what she was saying haha

- Mid dinner with this couple the guy looks out the window and says "Oh wow, someone's peeing right now." Classy Sweden

OKAY SO - This guy Leo reached out to one of our adds and said he wanted a Book of Mormon in Spanish. We #googletranslated our testimonies into Spanish so we could share them with him. I mean come on, a couple of gringas pronouncing Spanish like Swedish but we're actually Americans? How could he not feel the truth haha.

But he did??

And somehow my years of Spanish payed off. We talked about prayer, and faith, and he is coming to church.

And we have JUST started a Spansh class.

Heavenly Father knows him and prepared such a perfect plan for him!! And if I ever doubted the gift of tongues before, I am a believer now.

I learned how to do that really cool spin-kick-karate thing and I really really don't want to ever use it but I also want a chance to try it for reels, ya know?

We went on a walk with Susanne this week in the cutest area I have been in in Sweden. A literal dream. While we were walking she stopped by some icecles and said "I must take a picture of you girls here." We ate yummy carrot cake together and talked about how her faith's doing. I sure do love her. Prayers that she can progress would be SO appreciated!

We got a sneak-peak into the South America mission life on Saturday. We have a sweet family from Peru who's son is going on a mission BACK TO PERU!! They invited us over to have a fiesta and we came prepared.

But also we had already had a member meal and had another one 30 after this one haha.

PERUVIAN FOOD IS SO GOOD!!! I am a big believer in that. Not to mention there were 3 different cakes there. We left so full. But also full of so much love. Here's this sweet mom who doesn't speak any Swedish, but is in church with her whole family on time, every Sunday. An absolute legend :)

Anyways the contents of this email were crazy all-over but I just want to say that I know this is the Lord's work. There would no be so many little perfect things every day if not. Look for God in your life, and you will see him, everytime :)

Älskar er!
