Week 15! (Ett Kort Budskap)

Tjena :)

I am alive and well in Västra Frölunda

I am so TIRED and so HAPPY! I got a blister on my hand from lugging around my bags this week, and I got to eat my 5th julbord!

Here are some small victories this week:

- Sewed up a dress in the dark
- Said the closing prayer in Swedish (after walking up to the front for the opening prayer because of ~ language barriers ~ tehe)
- Started learning Norwegian pronunciation for a song
- Remembered the word Guapa in Spanish so I could compliment someone's baby
- Drank a smoothie even though my hands were icicles
- Learned some words about fish in Swedish
- Said goodbye to Syster Newitt and only teared up a little
- Told someone on the bus that her hair was beautiful??
- SAW THE SUN AFTER 1 WEEK WOOT
- Somehow fit all my crap in my suitcases
- Bore my testimony in a way I never had before, totally led by the spirit
- Watched our dear friend S be a missionary and invite one of her dear friends to our lesson. (He is now meeting with the missionaries!)

I could go on and on, but I just wanted to say that God notices our efforts, no matter how big or small.

He notices when you read that one verse, or when you try to be a little kinder.

And he LOVES any effort we give him.

This Christmas, let your love for the Savior motivate you to be 1% better.

God Jul från Sverige.
Jag verkligen vet att Gud älskar dig och han skickade oss sitt barn för att trösta oss, hjälpa oss, och rädda oss.

- Syster Helquist
